Eligibility
The Fellowship is designed for physicians (MD and DO), pharmacists (PharmD), advanced practice registered nurses, dentists (DDS/DMD) and physician assistants with a current medical license. Naturopathic doctors (license-eligible) are also eligible for the Fellowship.
