Integrative Approaches to COVID-19

Dear AWCIM community,

You are in our thoughts and prayers at this extraordinary time.

More than 200,000 visits have been made to our COVID-19 webpage since its launch in March. We continue to add information about integrative perspectives on the coronavirus as well as public health recommendations. As cases increase in the U.S., the need for physical distancing, masks, hand-washing, and in some cases self-isolation, remains critically important. Please make safe choices

The FAQ page addresses many of your excellent questions. And, there are free lectures and online modules that may be of help. This is an opportune time to be proactive and practice immune-boosting tips. If you have had a COIVD-19 infection, there is evidence that deep breathing and qigong can be of help as you recover. All recommendations are based on scientific evidence.

We, at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine, wish you and your families good health and wellbeing.
