Business development specialist at University of Arizona Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine will serve as treasurer at the Academic Consortium for Integrative Medicine and Health.

TUCSON, Ariz. (June 30, 2026) — James “Jim” Lloyd Kimbrough, business development specialist at the University of Arizona Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine, was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Academic Consortium for Integrative Medicine & Health (ACIMH) last fall and has now been tapped to serve treasurer for the organization.

The officers for the Board of Directors for 2026-2027 will be:

• Chair, Gloria Yeh, MD, MPH, of Harvard Medical School
• Vice Chair, Iman Majd, MD, MSA, L.Ac, of the University of Washington
• Secretary, David Victorson, PhD, of Northwestern University
• Treasurer, Jim Kimbrough of the University of Arizona

Newly elected candidates, as well as officers, will assume their roles on July 1, 2026.

The officers on the volunteer Board of Directors at the of the Academic Consortium, work with other board members, staff, committees, and strategic partners to fulfill the mission of advancing integrative medicine in academic health centers and health systems. With more than 86 member institutions across the United States, Australia, Brazil, Canada, and Mexico, the Academic Consortium is the world’s most comprehensive community for advancing the practice of whole health, with leading expertise in research, clinical care, and education.

Kimbrough has worked for the Center since 2016, where he develops strategic alliances with universities, health systems and professional associations, supporting the Center’s flagship educational programs, including the Foundational Fellowship Curriculum and Integrative Medicine in Residency. His efforts have helped expand the reach of integrative medicine training to hundreds of residency programs and thousands of clinicians worldwide.
